IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for fresh university graduates for the following short-term consultancy assignment:
Referral Technical Assistance Consultant
Duration: Two months
The Referral Technical Assistance Consultant will provide onsite technical assistance in the non- PMOH hospitals located in West Bank and East Jerusalem and Palestinian Ministry of Health (PMOH) Service Purchasing Unit - the unit responsible for referring patients from PMOH hospitals to non-PMOH hospitals. The Consultant will receive training by the PHCP on the E-Referral System that the consultants will be supporting during their assignment. The Consultant will be assigned to one or more non-PMOH hospitals to oversee, support and lead data entry, to move forward the implementation of the E-Referral system in the non-PMOH hospitals departments.
Application Requirements:
Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, laboratory, information technology or other related fields, strong computer skills, good oral and written communication and written skills in English; mastery of Arabic and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates with Jerusalem IDs are encouraged to apply.
